Make•Its are fun, hands-on experiences for the whole family that promote STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) education. Our kits are a great way to experiment with a new hobby without having to buy supplies or to enjoy a new family activity on a rainy day.

Parental supervision is advised when using all Make•Its kits

When checking out a Make•Its kit, please keep in mind:

  • Kits may only be checked out to patrons ages 18+
  • There is a limit of one kit per adult cardholder at a time
  • Each kit is due after one week of checkout; Make•Its are not eligible for renewal
  • Kits must be returned at the Circulation Desk; please do not return through the book drop
  • Checking in Make•Its kits requires more time than other items in our collection. We try to have all kits inventoried and checked in within two business days, but we ask for your patience!
