  1. 7th Annual NRH Apron Celebration 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

    November 23, 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM @ Library Community Room

    Once again the NRH Library is the venue for this year's 7th Annual NRH Apron Celebration. Last year many library visitors were able to drop in and view the over 70 vintage aprons on display. This year's Celebration will be, Saturday, November 23rd from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. There will be a 30 minute narrative/history of this humble garment at 11 a.m. followed by a "share and tell". Wear an apron and share its story because every apron has a story. Prizes given at wear and share.

  2. Pictures & Popcorn: Turbo (PG) 2:00-4:00 p.m.

    November 23, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ Library Community Room

    Come enjoy a family friendly movie with a side of free popcorn each week! Families are invited this week to the library as we screen Turbo (rated PG). Doors open at 1:45 p.m., movie begins at 2:00 p.m. Please call the Reference Desk at 817-427-6814 for more information.

  1. National Novel Writing Month Writing Clinics 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

    November 23, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ Polly's Room

    November is National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) and in honor of this annual marathon writing event, your fellow writers will provide information, inspiration, tips and support to all aspiring novelists on the first four Saturdays in November at 11:00 a.m. in Polly's Room. Set your goal, race to finish 50,000 words of a novel in just 30 days and get expert advice along the way. Registration is not required.
