New Catalog Updates will Cause Service Interruptions

Monday, May 12

The library is moving to a new catalog software and will experience some minor service interruptions during this time period. The library will remain open, but some features of our service will be limited or unavailable at this time. We hope to make this transition as smooth as possible, so your patience during this time is appreciated. Please see the list below for specific services that will be unavailable or give us a call at 817-427-6800 with any questions.

Expected Service Interruptions for May 12-18, 2014
  • No online holds or renewals; you will need to call
  • Online patron accounts unavailable
  • Online catalog may not show accurate availability
  • Self-Checks will be unavailable
  • All reading histories and lists from the previous catalog will not migrate to the new system. 
    Make sure to export them before May 9, 2014

While we have done our best to anticipate all of the issues that come with moving to this new catalog system, there may be other unexpected problems that arise at the checkout desk, while searching the catalog or while using any of our other services this week.
